With over 30 years of experience in the science of meditation, Dennis Williams has created C3 Meditation for everyone to reach enlightenment. He was initiated through the lessons of the renowned guru, Paramahansa Yogananda into the sacred meditation technique of Kriya Yoga. Working 19 years as a crisis counselor for the State of Hawai'i, he understands the benefits that meditation can bring. He is also the author of "The Golden Book Of Light." Dennis Williams has worked with many different organizations in Hawai'i. Most recently he has taught meditation for groups such as Helping Hands Hawai'i, North Shore Mental Health, Queens Hospital, the U.S. Military and other private organizations. C3 Meditation was created to teach participants the different paths & methods of meditation. Vipassana (Mindful Meditation), Transcendental meditation and Kriya Yoga is available for everyone, from beginners to advanced meditators.
Cam Tu Tran provide tools for relaxation and personal development. She completed her Masters in Clinical Psychology at the Hawaii School of Professional Psychology at Argosy University. Cam has over a decade of experience in mental health working with a variety of populations. She is trained in substance abuse counseling, applied behavioral analysis, cognitive behavioral therapy, person centered therapy, psychodynamic therapy, group psychotherapy, crisis stabilization, and crisis support management.
She enjoy helping others improve the overall quality of life and being the best they can be, concepts that she truly values. It is that passion for excellence that attracted her into the ancient practice of Raja Yoga in Sanskrit text, the highest path of Yoga which combines the essence of all other forms, also known as Kriya Yoga or Kundalini Yoga and Meditation. She practiced meditation for many years and loves sharing about its techniques. Being that meditation is a scientific process proven to enhance overall wellbeing and functioning, Cam is certain it also assist individuals to explore their potentials and true nature.
